Information Fourthwise currently collects

Fourthwise uses first-party product telemetry with pseudonymous anonymous and session identifiers to understand product usage. Current telemetry may include product surface, feature usage, platform and coarse device category, timestamps, bounded acquisition information, and optional coarse country or region information when a trusted server-side source is available.

The telemetry contract excludes raw IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device or browser fingerprints, user-agent strings, names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials, precise location, free-form text, and exact URLs.

Optional accounts and email choices

Account registration is for people 18 and older. Fourthwise stores your verified primary email, date of birth, account status, policy acceptance, and optional email preferences. Passwords and sign-in secrets are handled by the authentication service and are not stored by Fourthwise. Date of birth is used for the account age policy; it does not establish eligibility for gambling.

Marketing choices are optional, start unchecked, and can be withdrawn in your account. No marketing messages are being sent in this release. Security and account messages are separate. Fourthwise does not connect anonymous usage identifiers to your account, or send email, date of birth, phone, account identifiers or sign-in credentials to product analytics.

You can download your account data and request deletion from your account. Deletion immediately closes account access. Local account data is removed within 24 hours, except specifically retained records with a documented reason and expiry. Authentication-service deletion is retried if unavailable. Recovery copies expire within 30 days. Minimal deletion evidence is kept for 37 days after cleanup finishes to prevent deleted data returning during recovery. Contact support for data corrections.

Feedback & support information

When a user sends feedback, Fourthwise stores the submitted category and message and may store the current page, app version, and an email address only when the user chooses to provide one. Feedback abuse protection uses a keyed one-way digest of the request source for bounded rate limiting; the Admin Feedback Inbox does not expose the underlying source address.

Advertising privacy

Advertising eligibility and personalization are controlled through Fourthwise's provider-neutral privacy state. Where a privacy choice is required, unresolved consent remains fail-closed for advertising and changing that choice does not block access to core product features.

Fourthwise applies privacy controls appropriate to the features currently offered. If additional advertising or personalization choices are introduced, this policy and the available controls will be updated accordingly.

Data retention & policy changes

Fourthwise retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating and improving the service, maintaining security, preventing abuse, and meeting applicable legal requirements.

This policy may be updated when Fourthwise's data practices or product features materially change. The current version published here applies to the product as offered.
