Using Fourthwise

Sports data, intellectual property & third-party rights
Fourthwise owns or licenses its product software, presentation, and original derived content as applicable. Third-party datasets, league/team/player names, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses. Use of Fourthwise does not grant ownership of those third-party rights.
Analytics and prediction limitations

Availability & changes
Fourthwise may change, suspend, or discontinue product features as the service evolves. Continued use of Fourthwise after material updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Fourthwise is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fourthwise does not promise uninterrupted service or error-free data, analytics, or model outputs. Users are responsible for how they use information provided by the service.
